Urgent Care
Located in Coastlands Mall in Paraparaumu, we offer both urgent care and general practice services in a modern, purpose-built facility. With on-site x-ray and a dedicated clinical team, we’re here when you need us most.
Urgent Care - Team Medical Urgent Care is open seven days a week 8am–10pm daily providing acute care for the community on the Kapiti Coast.
GP Services - Team Medical GP Services is open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm. Our GPs and nurses provide personalised care for enrolled individuals and enrolled whānau, from check-ups and minor surgery to managing long-term conditions.

Our Team
Doctors (GPs) deliver expert primary care and long-term support for you and your family. They work closely with their clinical team. Nurse Practitioners offer the same services as a doctor, with a few exceptions. They are registered nurses who undertaken advanced education and have more extensive clinical expertise.

There may be additional charges for:
- Accounts not paid on the day of consultation
- A billing fee of $10 will apply if not paid prior to consultation
- Casual patients (not enrolled with us)
- Pre-vasectomy consult fee
Consultation hours:
- Standard Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays
- After Hours: 5pm-8pm Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm weekends and public holidays
