All our staff are trained to identify abnormal skin lesions. Your clinic may offer liquid nitrogen and minor surgical procedures to treat a variety of skin conditions, including warts, moles, cysts, skin cancers, and more.

Liquid nitrogen treatment

Liquid nitrogen is a quick procedure that uses liquid nitrogen to freeze abnormal skin cells and treat various skin lesions.

The procedure involves applying liquid nitrogen to the affected area, which freezes the tissue and allows it to fall off by itself. Often, more than one treatment is required.

Common liquid nitrogen procedures

Liquid nitrogen may be used to treat skin conditions such as:

• Warts
• Skin tags
• Seborrheic keratoses

Minor surgery

Many of our medical centres have GPs who are trained in minor surgery and can provide minor surgical procedures within the clinic.

Common minor surgical procedures

In-clinic minor surgery may be offered for the following conditions. This service is dependent on a number of factors that your GP will take into consideration during the initial consultation:

• Mole removal
• Cyst excision
• Skin biopsy
• Wedge resection and toenail removal
