The Doctors Bureta

Welcome to our practice

The Doctors Bureta is a family based general practice and is located at the top of Bureta Road in the Otumoetai/Brookfield area of Tauranga. Our doctors proudly provide a wide range of services to over 4,700 enrolled patients.

COVID-19 Notice: in Alert Level 1 our consults are in person and through phone or video. Phone 07 576 7912 to book appointments or if you have questions. So that everyone gets the help they need safely, we screen all appointment requests which may mean calling you back with more details. Tell us if you have any cough, cold or flu-like symptoms - you'll need to wear a mask in the clinic and may be asked to wait outside until the doctor is ready for you.

Covid-19 Vaccinations: Click here for details. The Ministry of Health has this roll-out plan. Use this online tool to find out when you can get a vaccine.

We’re providing our service in a new way to ensure you and your whanau remain safe through COVID-19. When you phone or visit the clinic we'll ask if you have any cough, cold, or flu-like symptoms or if you're concerned about COVID-19. This doesn't mean we think you have coronavirus, it's our part in helping keep our community safe and healthy.

We do COVID-19 testing and our practice is safe to visit

Safety is our priority. We do COVID-19 testing in your car where possible or in an isolation room if an assessment is required. This means there's no additional risk to you when you visit for other medical issues. We have strict infection prevention standards in place.

Thanks for your patience and continued support.
