Additional charges apply for repeat prescriptions, procedures and materials.
There may be additional charges for:
- A $50 DNA (Did Not Attend) fee per 15-minute appointment slot missed (for example 45-minute Minor Surgery appointment = $150.00 DNA fee) appointments need to be cancelled no later than 2 hours prior to booked slot to allow us to fill the appointment with another patient
- Longer consultations
- Casual patients (not enrolled with us)
- Please be advised that a fee applies for all services and consumables used. This applies even if a doctor provides a service that may otherwise be considered nursing, as the fee covers the cost of consumable items.
Immigration Medicals
- Chest x-rays are done at Allevia Radiology 0800 497 297 *Please note the cost for chest x-ray is not included in our fee’s this is paid separately at the radiologist clinic phone Allevia Radiology 0800 497 297 for a quote.
- Immigration Medical cancellation fee - $50.00 administration fee is charged to cover the time spent creating the eMedical case.
