We are open for normal consults in Level 2, it's mandatory to: wear a mask or face covering in the practice and please scan our QR code on your way in. See the notice below for more info.

The Doctors Tikipunga are a long established general practice in Tikipunga and we are proud to provide our local community health care and advice. We have female and male doctors available, plenty of parking and wheelchair access. There are a number of languages spoken: Te Reo Maori, NZ Sign Language and English.  We are also proud to be Cornerstone Accredited.

COVID-19 Testing At Our Clinic

We ask all patients if you have any COVID-19 symptoms such as cough, cold, sore throat, runny nose or flu-like symptoms or if you're concerned about Covid-19. If you need to get tested for Covid, phone us to arrange your test.

Safety is our priority. We do COVID-19 testing in your car where possible or in an isolation room if an assessment is required. We have strict infection prevention standards in place.

Our enrolment capacity is currently limited, please phone or email reception to discuss availability. In the meantime we welcome you to join our waitlist.

When you enrol with us, some of the benefits include:

There’s no need to come into the clinic, you can enrol online - it’s secure and confidential. The online form will guide you and you will need to upload suitable identification

Paper Enrolment

Paper enrolment forms are still available if you're not able to complete the online forms. For each person enrolling, simply print and complete:  the Enrolment Form, an Adult or Child Medical Questionnaire and email all files to admin@paramounthealth.co.nz including a copy of your suitable identification

Not enrolled but need an appointment? 

You can still get an appointment even if you are not enrolled with us e.g. if you’re a visitor to the region. Just phone our friendly team for a casual appointment.  Extra charges apply for casual appointments when you are not enrolled.

Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm for booked GP appointments
On Thursday 24th December we will be closing at 3.30pm.  We open again on Tuesday 29th December at 8.00am.    On Thursday 31st December we will close at 3.30pm.  We will be closed until Tuesday 5th January at 8.00am

Good news, paying online is easy. 

You can pay securely using a credit or debit card or internet banking (Account2Account payments) - just click below to make a payment.  Payment is due on the day of your appointment. In addition to paying online you can pay in person at the centre with cash, eftpos and credit card.
