Walk-in Care
The Doctors New Lynn provides comprehensive and affordable family healthcare services. We operate a walk-in service for acute problems, allowing for on-the-day consultations. Our staff speak 10 different languages, including Mandarin and Cantonese. Pharmacy, radiology, and acupuncture are on-site for patient convenience. Specialised programmes include immunisations, travel vaccinations, ongoing screening for breast and cervical cancer, and healthy-ageing clinics. Minor surgery, including circumcisions, is available along with traditional Chinese acupuncture.

Online booking is only available once your enrolment is processed. For newly enrolled patients, please call us if you need an appointment before we’ve confirmed your enrolment.
We take walk-in patients Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday and public holidays from 9am-3pm. Our walk-in queue closes if the number of patients waiting exceeds the capacity of our walk-in doctors.

Our Team
Doctors (GPs) deliver expert primary care and long-term support for you and your family. They work closely with their clinical team. Nurse Practitioners offer the same services as a doctor, with a few exceptions. They are registered nurses who undertaken advanced education and have more extensive clinical expertise.

Repeat Prescription Requests can be made via The Doctors App, phone or email. Please remember to let us know the pharmacy you would like us to send it to.
For same day prescriptions please phone the practice.
Repeat prescriptions are not guaranteed. If the request is declined by a doctor then you will be contacted to make an appointment.
Our regular wait time for a repeat prescription is up to 72 hours, though we aim always to be faster. You will be notified once an approved prescription has been sent to your preferred pharmacy.
